Materials:Base and top coat;
White nail polish;
Red nail polish;
Black nail polish;
Heart, tear drop and clear round shaped rhinestones;
dotting tool or toothpick.
Method:
1 - Apply base coat and let it dry.
2 - Apply the white background colour to all your finernails (except thumb and ring finger) and let them dry.
3 - Apply black background colour to your thumb and ring fingernail and let them dry.
4 - Using any decalcomania technique (by 3TanjaJ3 or by factory89 ) create 2 hearts and let them dry for at least 1 full hour. (If you want a vibrant colour, first create a white heart and then fill it in red.)
5 - Apply the heart's decalcomania on your thumb and ring fingers.
6 - It's time to apply rhinestones.
7 - Using your dotting tool or toothpick, draw random polka dots on your thumb and ring fingernail and draw some designs on the remaining finernails.
8 - Let everything dry thoroughly and apply top coat.
