SNOWMAN NAIL ART





















Materials:
Base and top coat;
white and blue nail polishes;
sponge;
konad template m12;
black nail polish for this kind of templates (some regular nail polishes do an acceptable work);
stamper and scraper;
black and red acrylic paint;
a thin brush;
rhinestones and silver mini beads.

Method:
1. Start by applying your base coat. Then paint your nails white.
2. With a sponge paint blue the tips of your nails. Allow this to dry.
3. Transfer the drawing from the template to your nails with the aid of the stamper and the scraper.
4. With a thin brush, paint the scarf red and draw the top hat.
5. Allow everything to dry and apply a top coat.
6. On the tip of your nail and close to the cuticles, apply rhinestones and mini beads. Apply another layer of top coat to make sure that the rhinestones won't fall off.

Optional: You can use nail glue to apply the rhinestones.

SEASONS GREETINGS

In this experiment I took advantage of the computer's immense versatility by scanning and colouring an image. Christmas is almost here. And this is an homage to my favourite holiday.

Technique: ink on paper and edited in Photoshop.
