Materials:
Base coat and special top coat for foils;
white, bronze and gold glitter nail polishes;
sponge;
snake skin pattern foil (transparent);
foil glue.
Method:
1.
Start by applying your base coat. Then paint your nails white.
2. With a sponge randomly paint the snake skin using the bronze mail polish.
3. Still using a sponge apply some gold glitter here and there.
4. Let it all dry and apply a thin coat of foil glue. (It's very important that your background colour is completely dry, otherwise it will be messy when you pull out the foil.)
5. As soon as the glue is transparent and sticky, use the foil to transfer the design to your nails. Some people pull it out very quickly, but I usually remove the foil very slowly and carefully. Doing this allows me to see what parts haven't stuck to the nail, go back and apply more pressure until it's transferred (sometimes this method works, sometimes it doesn't. If you need to amend the design, you can use acrylic paint. Fortunately, the design was transferred to my nails without incidents).
