Materials:Base coat;
pink nail polish;
blue nail polish;
green nail polish;
silver nail polish;
black nail polish;
dotting tool or toothpick;
top coat.
Method:
1) Apply base coat, and let it dry.
2) Apply each colour diagonally on each nail. You don't need to wait until they're dry. Let them dry.
3) On a piece of paper, put a blob of black nail polish an using your dotting tool or toothpick randomly draw 'c' shapes on your nails and a few dots here and there.
4) Let the design dry and apply the top coat.
