Materials:
Base coat;
White, silver, green, red, blue, purple and pink nail polish;
Top coat;
Dotting tool and a toothpick.
Method:
1) Apply the base coat to all your nails and allow them to dry.
2) Start by putting a blob of blue nail polish on a piece of paper. Then, with your toothpick draw a smiley face like the one seen on the images.
3) Paint your nails, from the smile up, according to the following instructions:
thumb - purple
index finger - silver
middle finger - green
ring finger - white
pinky - red
Let them dry.
4) On a piece of paper put blobs of white, red, green, and blue nail polish. Take your dotting tool and paint random dots according to these instructions:
thumb - white
index finger - blue
middle finger - red
ring finger - green
pinky - white
Let them dry.
5) Apply the top coat.[Optional] I think it looks funkier if both hands don't match. And whenever I used purple colour to do the hat, I used white nail polish to do the smile instead of blue.
