Materials:Base coat;
white nail polish;
blue nail polish;
dotting tool (2 sizes) or toothpick;
top coat.
Method:
1) Apply base coat as usual and let it dry.
2) Apply 1-2 coats of white nail polish and let it dry.
3) Do blue diagonal tips on each and let them dry.
4) On a piece of paper add a blob of white and blue nail polish.
5) With your dotting tool paint random dots on your nails. "Big" blue dots on the white area and white dots on the blue area. And tiny blue dots on the white area and tiny white dots on the blue area. Let them dry. Make sure you clean your dotting tool before moving on to the next colour.
6) Allow everything to dry, then paint "medium" size blue dots on the white area and white dots on the blue area.
7) [Optional] If you'd like you can add smaller dots using the colour of the first dot on top of the medium sized ones like I did.
8) Add a top coat to protect your design.
