Materials:
Base and top coats;
White, black, pink, yellow, green, blue, and purple neon nail polishes;
Striper brush.
Method:
1.
Start by applying your base coat. I always apply a white background to bring out the colours on top. Let it dry.
2. On the top and bottom of your nail apply random strokes using a striper brush loaded with black nail polish.
3. As you did in step 2, using the remaining colours apply left to right strokes . It's ok to overlap colours, as it will create other interesting shades.
4. If necessary apply more black strokes.
5. Apply your top coat to protect the design.
