Materials:
Base and top coat;
Light and dark blue, yellow, red and sparkling pink nail polishes;
Dotting tool.

Method:
1. Apply base coat, and apply your background colour which is an opaque coat of sparkling pink. Allow to dry.
2. Using your dotting tool, paint several flowers on each nail. Allow everything to dry and apply a small white dot in the middle of each flower.
3. Allow everything to dry and apply your top coat to protect the design.
