Materials:
Base and top coat;
White and black nail polishes;
White and black nail art pens.

Method:
1. Apply base coat, and then paint your nails in white and let it dry.
2. Using from the top down, paint your nails in black.
2. Using from the top down, paint your nails in black.
3. In the white area draw flowers and their stems using a black nail art.
4. Repeat step 3 on the black area using a white nail art.
5.Allow everything to dry and apply your top coat to protect your design.
