Materials:
Base and glitter coat;
White, neon colours - yellow, green, pink and orange - nail polishes;
Black nail art pen.
Method:
1.
Start by applying your base coat and let it dry.
2.
Start by doing a french manicure in white. Let it dry.
3. Randomly and overlapping, cover your french manicure with the neon colours. Let them dry.
4. On your thumb and ring finger, using an nail art pen, draw a border around your nails. And do arabesques until they are fully covered.
5. On the remaining nails, outline the french manicure in black and draw arabesques as done before. Let everything dry.
6. Protect your design with your favourite top coat.
